Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please provide the following notice to avoid cancellation fees: Individual Appointments: 24 hours' notice Multiple or Side-by-Side Appointments: 48 hours' notice Private Parties/Groups: 7 days' notice for the entire group; 48 hours for individual attendees Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service price plus applicable taxes.
